The in-field Research will have to conclude
- the estimated number of children in the area
- information on the damage and destruction of their homes and schools
- The age group of the children in the area
- The willingness of the parents and guardians to send the children to child camps
- The status of the village pre and post earthquake

RECRUITING AND TRAINING THE VOLUNTEERS

The second step of the project includes recruiting and training volunteers for the learning centres. 3-4 volunteers will be allocated to each centre where each volunteer would be required to handle around 20 students.

POSITIONING THE CAMP

This includes the positioning of the camp in the area that will be accessible to all the children. The camp will be set up in the most accessible and safe place in the area, where the children will start attending the activities in the camp run by the volunteers

RAPID SURVEY AND RESEARCH

The first step of the project includes Research and Survey of the affected area and the area in need. The research and identification process includes collaboration with the local schools and organizations already existing in the area.
